Center For Service Excellence (CSE)

The Center for Service Excellence (CSE) is the central point of access for science, business and politics in all matters relating to service excellence, customer and employee delight, and customer experience management. The CSE's advisory board meets every six months to provide support and acts as an exchange platform for discussing the latest developments. It also sets the framework for the Excellence in Service conference series EXIS.
