In research and teaching, the Institute for Management addresses the fundamental issues of business administration and economics. The research activities are bundled in the research focus "Digital Transformation" and, therefore, cover change processes through digitalization in business management.

Research
The research activities are bundled in the research focus "Digital Transformation." Here, transformation is viewed in particular from the perspective of business management as well as from an economic perspective. The individual research groups at the Institute for Management focus on marketing and service excellence, organization and entrepreneurial behavior, financing and investment, media and service management, and technology and innovation management. In this context, we are part of various conferences and report on new research results in scientific journals and books.
In addition, together with the Gründungsbüro Koblenz, we are the primary point of contact for questions relating to business start-ups.
