The University of Koblenz is receiving funding of 1.18 million euros for the FIT4SukCESS project as part of the “FIT” program of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The funding starts on April 1 and runs until the end of 2028. The focus of the FIT4SukCESS project at the University of Koblenz is on developing the professional, language, technical language and general skills of international talents.
The International Relations Office (IRO) and the University's Interdisciplinary Career and Study Center (IKaruS) are developing a comprehensive and sustainable certificate that combines various event formats, including workshops, language courses, consultations, coaching and peer-to-peer offers. International students are supported with subject-specific and interdisciplinary offers, particularly during the introductory phase of their studies, thus ensuring their academic success. Students also receive further training to increase their employability and specific application coaching.
