Digital media in nutrition education

Starting in the summer semester, 21 digital teaching materials on various relevant topics will be developed by Master's students of nutrition and consumer education at the University of Koblenz and tested and evaluated in online lessons at various institutions (primary and secondary schools) in Rhineland-Palatinate. These tested materials will be bundled and made available in a digital medium.

The development of digital media, which is evaluated using suitable criteria, is at the centre of the project. The digital teaching series developed by the project group is suitable for grades 4 - 6 (across schools).

These tested materials are bundled and made available in a digital medium.

Topics include hygiene in the home, health promotion and exercise, nutrients in food, nutrition and climate, nutritional ecology, ESD.
