International Guest Researchers

The International Relations Office supports international guest researchers who are planning a stay of more than ine month at the University of Koblenz with all non-subject-related questions - from visa application, health insurance and childcare to registration with the authorities and visa extension after arrival.
Many individual backgrounds of the guests determine in which areas support is needed. Some scientists come to Germany alone, others are accompanied by a partner or family. Some are employed at the university for a longer period of time through an employment contract, others come for a short-term research stay. Their German language skills also vary. For this reason, the staff of the International Relations Office individually counsels the international guest researchers on a case-by-case basis.
International researchers who are planning a stay at the University of Koblenz should contact the International Relations Office in advance, preferably by email.
