The shortage of skilled labour in STEM-professions is one of the biggest challenges facing companies in Germany. With FIT4SukCESS we offer you a solution: highly qualified international students from the University of Koblenz who are specifically prepared for the German labour market.

The University of Koblenz offers five English-language Master's degree programmes in the following areas Mathematics, Applied natural sciences and Computer sciences that specifically attract international students. Many of these students want to stay in Germany after their degree - ideally in our region. Use this opportunity to attract qualified specialists for your company!

The FIT4SukCESS certificate

As part of the FIT4SukCESS project, our international students have the opportunity to acquire the FIT4SukCESS certificate. This gives you as a company a transparent insight into the professional, (technical) language and interdisciplinary qualifications of potential employees.

Our students undergo a targeted qualification programme with the following modules:

  • Successful studying
  • Employability
  • Integration into the labour market
