APEX: Architectures for Auditable Business Process Execution - Monitoring, Control, and Compliance

The research group aims to develop a tool-supported method for the development of service-based web applications (in particular web-based enterprise portals) based on business process models, which in particular supports the analysis of business processes against compliance regulations in the insurance sector (such as Solvency II). For this purpose, domain-specific architectures are identified and developed that implement these compliance regulations. The project is based on model-based technologies to achieve these goals in the context of a process that includes cost-efficient compliance regulations.
