ACCORD: Automated Compliance Checks for Construction, Renovation or Demolition Works

The goal of ACCORD is to digitize permitting and compliance processes using Building Information Models (BIM) and other data sources to improve the productivity and quality of design and construction processes. These digitized processes must be transparent and cost-effective for applicants and authorities. Another goal is to develop and integrate technical solutions to automate compliance checks of buildings in the design, construction and renovation/demolition phases.
