About the content of the paper: To ensure the security of a software system, it is essential to keep up with changing security measures, attacks, and remedies. Although model-based development allows security to be considered at design time, design models are often inconsistent with implementation or with each other, which hinders the effective realization and verification of secure software systems. Dr. Sven Peldszus addressed the enforcement of IT security requirements here and considered security properties in the context of software evolution and product lines. His approaches have significantly extended model-based software development and could be successfully tested on two real case studies.
