Dynamic upper body surface volume measurement system

The aim of the project is to develop a new measurement method including a new spine model, which contains dynamic and kinematic data. In contrast to the state of the art, a statement about the load situation of the spine in motion should be made with the help of the new spine model. With the advantages of being a diagnostic tool, applications can be located in prevention, preoperative and postoperative therapy. The aim of this project is to analyze and simulate the effects of obesity on the spinal load as the first application example.
